WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY
Gentle No More wants you to enjoy your jewelry free of defects, so we offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What is covered?
Your jewelry is covered for 2 years against any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) starting from the date of purchase from an authorized Gentle No More retailer, subject to applicable laws.
What is not covered?
Our 2-year warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications (any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear. Please note that items purchased through a third-party vendor will not be covered under our warranty. If your order was not completed at www.gentlenomore.com, you will need to reach out directly to the company you purchased the items from.
Below are examples of situations that will void the warranty and are not eligible for free repair or replacement:

Wearing jewelry while showering, bathing, or washing hands – water and soap can corrode metal and damage delicate elements.

Wearing jewelry during physical activities, such as running, swimming, or gardening – impact, sweat, and friction can cause wear or breakage.

Wearing jewelry in pools, hot tubs, or saunas/steam rooms – exposure to chlorine, high heat, and humidity will accelerate damage.

Wearing jewelry while sleeping or lying in bed – pressure and friction can loosen or break parts.

Exposure to chemicals, including lotions, sunscreen, sweat, perfumes, cleaning agents, or even excessive sunlight and heat – these can cause discoloration, plating wear, or material degradation.
We also remind you to store your jewelry carefully, protect it from impact, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight. After contact with water, dry it thoroughly. Use a microfiber cloth or 100% cotton cloth to gently wipe clean.
Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.), alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating, etc., and damage caused by fire, water, or a natural disaster.
We will do our best to repair your product. In cases where there is a lack of original materials or irreparable damage, we will provide you with a product that is almost identical to ensure your rights are protected. Please note that this service is subject to product availability.
Start a Warranty Claim:
To inquire if your jewelry is covered under the 2-year warranty, contact support@gentlenomore.com with your name, address, order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the product. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a replacement or issue reimbursement based on your country of residence.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase or the online order number.
We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any repair claims we suspect to be fraudulent.
