All of our designs are handmade by order. Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed  and be ready for shipment within 7 business days

Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with.

All orders, except Singapore’s orders, are shipped using DHL Express. Average North American shipping time is 3-5 business days.

We do our best to process and produce all items for shipment within 7 business days of receiving the order. As soon as your order has been picked up by the courier, you will be notified with a tracking number via the email address you registered with.

Our mailbox is monitored between 11am - 5pm SGT, and our customer service department is closed on weekends and holidays.

Please email us with the subject “Order Cancellation”. We will try our best efforts to make this attempt. Unfortunately orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. For more information please review our returns and exchanges policy on our website.

There are several reasons an order can be canceled and refunded. If our system detects there is inaccurate information regarding the order, our team will reach out via email to confirm these details. If there is no successful response from the customer after 2 business days, we will move forward and deem the order canceled.

We accept reservation requests for out of stock (OOS) items. Shoot us an email to make your reservation and we will ship out the order before they are even back on the shelf. Generally, official restocks can take about 30-45 days

Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your order. If something happens to your item, please contact us at human@gentlenomore.com and include a photo or video showing the issue with your item. Keeping you happy makes us happy.

We are using nickel-free 316L Stainless Steel and usually they do not rust. 316L Stainless Steel is often regarded as the standard “Marine Grade Stainless Steel”. They will be fine if you follow the care instructions.

We were previously known as Gentle Mayhem and had begun our journey in 2014. At the start of 2021, we rebranded ourselves into Gentle No More. This is part of our effort to transition into a more sustainable business model due to the constantly changing COVID-19 situation that has affected a lot of independent brands and artists.

Yes. At our secondary store (Etsy Store), you can split your purchase with four, interest-free installments using Klarna.

Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over four equal payments.

Our online store will capture your location and display the price converted to the country’s currency. This is usually for customers who are not using USD, for convenience sake and only serve as a reference. You’ll be able to see more accurate pricing in your currency during checkout.
